Course will provide an introduction to topics in environmental quality. Classification and interactions of soil, air, and water pollutants will be examined in detail. Methods of remediating the environment, risk assessments and environmental policy will be introduced.
For each unit of credit, a minimum of three hours per week with one of the hours for class and two hours for studying/preparation outside of class is expected.
