This course provides the development of knowledge and skills to reinforce the attitudes and behaviors required for safe and environmentally sound work habits. Students will complete the new worker safety training (OSHA 10). Emphasis is on safety, health, and environmental issues related to OSHA 10, (HAZWOPER) Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response, (HAZCOM) Hazard Communication and (PSM) Process Safety Management (PSM).
